Terms and Conditions

Zeffaa Academy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of the Zeffaa Academy online course (the "Course") and use of zeffaa.com (the "Website"). The Course consists of 50 prerecorded videos in English. It is purchased through a one-time payment in U.S. dollars. All lessons are made available within 24 hours after successful payment, and online access lasts for five years from that payment.

Voluntary refund policy: you may request a 100% refund during the first 48 hours after access is provided, or a 50% refund during the following 14 days. Either refund cancels your purchase and ends Course access. Section 5 explains the timing and procedure. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

1 About Zeffaa Academy

Zeffaa Academy is operated by ALLA MARGULIS, an Israeli sole proprietor registered as an Osek Patur, business registration number 342844420 ("we", "us", or "our"). Your purchase contract is with Alla Margulis.

Business address: Sokolov 77, Holon, Israel.
Contact email: zeffaaschool@gmail.com.
Website: https://zeffaa.com.

2 Eligibility and accepting these Terms

We accept orders from adults aged 18 or older residing in the United States. All Course users, including permitted family members, must be at least 18. You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

You must be able to review these Terms and your purchase details before payment and affirmatively accept these Terms at checkout. Please keep your order confirmation and a copy of the Terms that apply to your purchase. Simply viewing the Website does not constitute consent to marketing or non-essential tracking.

Provide accurate purchase and contact details, including your name, email address, and telephone number where requested. Keep your account email current so that we can send access instructions and important service notices.

3 Price and payment

The price is stated in U.S. dollars. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes or additional charges collected by us, will be disclosed before you pay. The Course description and included features displayed when you purchase form part of your purchase agreement.

Payment is a one-time payment through the available Allpay or PayPal checkout options. Successful payment means that the payment provider has confirmed the payment as completed. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring Course charge. Any additional purchase requires your separate agreement.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border charges. We do not set or receive those independent charges. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at purchase.

4 Course delivery and access

We will make all 50 videos available and send access instructions to your purchase email within 24 hours after successful payment. Lessons are available together rather than released gradually. You may replay them during your access period, subject to these Terms.

Your five-year access period starts at successful payment, regardless of when you first sign in. It ends on the fifth anniversary of that payment. If you have not received access instructions within 24 hours, contact zeffaaschool@gmail.com. If access has not been provided, you may cancel and receive a full refund; the voluntary refund deadlines in Section 5 do not restrict that remedy.

Videos are provided for online streaming. Offline video downloads are not included. You need an internet connection and a device and browser capable of playing the embedded video content. Technical support is available as described in Section 8.

PDFs or other additional materials are included only if stated in the Course description at purchase or supplied by us later. If we offer a PDF for download, you may download and print it as described in Section 7. Access does not automatically renew after five years.

5 Refunds and cancellation

Voluntary satisfaction policy

You may request a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Course. You do not need to explain why or meet a limit on the number of lessons watched. The following policy is an additional contractual benefit:

When we receive your refund request | Refund
During the first 48 hours, including the 48-hour deadline | 100%
After 48 hours and up to 16 days in total, including that deadline | 50%

Both deadlines run from the "Refund Start Time": the time when the full Course is available to you and we send access instructions to your purchase email. The clock does not wait until your first login. For this policy, a day means 24 hours. The 50% period therefore lasts for the next 14 days after the first 48 hours, ending 16 days after the Refund Start Time.

If initial Course access or delivery of the initial access instructions fails because of a problem on our side, we will correct it. Your voluntary refund period starts when working access has been provided and we have sent the necessary instructions. These timing rules do not change the start of the five-year access period.

The percentages apply to the Course purchase price you actually paid after any discounts, plus any mandatory sale charges collected by us. Related taxes will be refunded or adjusted as required by law. We do not deduct our payment processing fees from the promised refund. We cannot control independent fees or exchange-rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

How to request and receive a refund

Email zeffaaschool@gmail.com with a clear request for a refund. Include your name, purchase email, and order reference if available so that we can identify the payment. A request received before the relevant deadline secures the applicable refund percentage even if processing takes place later.

We will initiate the refund within 10 business days after receiving your request, or sooner if applicable law requires. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible; if that is not possible, we will arrange another lawful method with you.

A full or partial refund under this voluntary policy cancels the purchase. When we initiate the refund, Course access ends and your permission to use our Course videos and PDFs ends. You must stop using and delete downloaded Course PDFs, except where applicable law permits you to retain them. You may continue to apply skills and knowledge you have learned and sell products you create using them.

Mandatory rights and other remedies

After the voluntary period, we do not promise a refund solely because you have changed your mind. However, the 48-hour and 16-day deadlines and the 50% limit do not restrict any mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law, including applicable U.S. state consumer protection laws and Israeli law where it applies.

In particular, this voluntary policy does not cap or replace any remedy to which you are entitled for non-delivery, material misdescription, defective service, unauthorized billing, or another legally recognized claim. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a remedy may include restoration of access, correction, or a full or other refund. Any more favorable refund entitlement expressly promised with your purchase also remains available.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to dispute a payment with your card issuer or payment provider. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising a right where applicable law or the relevant payment rules do not require it.

6 Accounts and family use

A purchase provides one learner account. You may also allow adult members of your family to use that account to view the Course. This family permission does not include sharing with people outside your family, selling or publicly distributing login details, or providing access to a business, class, or paying group. Additional individual accounts are not included.

Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for managing the family access you permit and ensuring that those users follow these Terms. Family use remains subject to the same access period and material-use rules.

7 Course materials and commercial use of what you learn

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive permission to stream the Course during the five-year access period and to use any downloadable PDFs for your own and your permitted family members' learning and reference. You may retain lawfully downloaded PDFs for that reference after the normal online access period expires. This does not extend online hosting or download availability beyond five years, and the refund rules in Section 5 still apply.

You may use the skills, techniques, methods, and recipes taught in the Course to create and sell your own products. No additional permission or royalty payment to us is required for those sales. You may also share photographs of your own finished products. You remain responsible for any laws and requirements that apply to your business and products.

The Course videos, PDFs, and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except as allowed by that law, you must not record, reproduce, extract, upload, distribute, resell, or publicly display the Course materials, use them to provide another course, or bypass playback or access protections. Permission to sell your own products does not authorize redistribution of the Course or use of our branding to suggest that we endorse your business.

These restrictions do not claim ownership of ideas or methods as such or remove any fair use or other rights you have under applicable law.

8 Support

Technical help with payment, login, access, and video playback is available at zeffaaschool@gmail.com. Include enough detail to explain the problem, without sending passwords or full payment card details.

We may answer questions about Course content when we are able to do so, but personal consultations, feedback on your work, individual instruction, and guaranteed answers to content questions are not included in the purchase. We do not promise a particular support response time.

9 Educational content and results

The Course provides educational instruction. We do not guarantee particular results, business income, or sales. Outcomes depend on factors such as your practice, ingredients, equipment, and circumstances. These statements do not reduce our duty to deliver the Course as described or make truthful representations about it.

If you use the Course to prepare or sell food, you are responsible for safe handling, allergen information, and any permits or other requirements that apply to your activities. A Course purchase does not itself provide a professional license or authorize activities that require one.

10 Privacy and external providers

Our Privacy Policy, available on the Website, explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. Marketing and non-essential cookie choices are separate from acceptance of these Terms.

We use external providers, including Tilda and Vimeo for Website or video services and Allpay and PayPal for payments. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We may change providers while maintaining substantially equivalent paid Course access. Using external providers does not remove our obligations to you under this purchase agreement or applicable law.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and terms are controlled by their operators. Your rights regarding our own representations and services remain unaffected.

11 Misuse and account restrictions

Do not use the Website or Course for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or distribution of malicious software. Do not infringe the rights of others or distribute our materials contrary to Section 7.

To the extent permitted by law, we may restrict or end access for a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct it before ending access. Immediate temporary action may be necessary to address a security threat, fraud, or unlawful redistribution.

Leaving an honest review, making a good-faith complaint, requesting a refund, or exercising a lawful payment dispute right is not itself a breach. A refund may end access as described in Section 5. Restrictions or termination do not remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Service continuity

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain Course access throughout the promised period and restore it promptly after an interruption. Temporary maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. They do not remove any remedy you have under applicable law.

We may update the platform, correct materials, or improve the Course without materially reducing the content, language, or access included with your purchase. We will notify you of any material change to the way you access the Course.

If we permanently stop providing the Course before your five-year period ends, we will provide substantially equivalent streaming access at no additional cost or refund the proportion of the purchase price attributable to the remaining unused access period. This commitment does not limit a right to a greater refund or another remedy under applicable law.

13 Liability and consumer protections

We will provide the Course with reasonable care and as described when you purchase. We do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, or consumer protection that applicable law requires.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for ordinary contractual claims arising from your Course purchase or use is limited to the amount you paid for that Course. This limit does not apply to our refund obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability or statutory remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

If a disclaimer or limit in these Terms is prohibited by the law that applies to you, it does not apply to you to that extent. These Terms do not require you to waive any non-waivable consumer rights.

14 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and other laws that apply to you. This choice does not deprive a U.S. consumer of protections that cannot be waived under applicable law, including the law of their state of residence where it applies.

Subject to those protections, the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in another court where applicable law entitles you to do so.

You may contact zeffaaschool@gmail.com to seek a practical resolution of a concern. Doing so does not require you to delay or waive a legal claim, a payment dispute, or any statutory deadline.

15 Changes and interpretation

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Revised Terms apply to purchases made after that effective date. They do not retroactively reduce the Course content, five-year access, or refund rights included with an existing purchase. Changes to an existing purchase apply only where permitted by law and after any required notice or consent.

The Terms accepted at purchase, together with the Course description and purchase details shown at that time, describe our agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any conflict with a mandatory legal requirement is resolved in favor of that requirement.
